The name of our office, 旺來（おうらい）, means "good luck is coming" or "brings happiness" in Taiwanese. Pineapples are considered to be auspicious because of their similar pronunciation to pineapples (Onlai/Fengli). The Japanese word "オーライ" means "all-right," so we chose the office name with the hope that everything will go smoothly and that good luck will abound for all of us.

The representative has over 20 years of experience working in Shanghai and Taipei as the sales and management manager of overseas sales corporations for a manufacturer of sewing functional parts and PCB inspection parts. After returning to Japan, he was in charge of overall management of sales, logistics, and development as a business team leader. His strengths are his deep knowledge of Chinese and local culture that he has cultivated over the years. In addition to Chinese-speaking countries, he has some business experience and friendly exchanges with countries such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Turkey and the UAE, which helps him gain a deeper understanding and familiarity with international issues.

With these experiences, we can handle a wide range of services, including visa and residence status applications, support for overseas corporations entering Japan, obtaining various licenses and permits, support for starting businesses and business management, and advice on the operation of overseas local subsidiaries of Japanese corporations. In particular, when applying for visas and residence status, we carefully support our clients in legal knowledge and points to note, as well as the importance of proper management of the period of stay, from the perspective of "avoiding unintentional illegal employment or illegal residence," so that they can live and develop their business in Japan with peace of mind.
